Function Description |
Complete selection |
Based on the up and down call signals in the building, the elevator will comprehensively analyze and judge the floor selection instructions in the car and other signals, and then automatically select the signal that is consistent with the elevator's running direction to facilitate the elevator's operation.
|
Automatically return to base station |
The single-machine elevator can set the base station operation command register according to the actual needs of the building. If there is no call signal within the specified time, the car will automatically return to the base station, that is, the backup station will be closed. The backup station is usually set up in a hall with a large flow of people or a large number of floors.
|
light curtain protection |
The special door curtain protection system enhances the safety of the elevator. The elevator door system can form a dense three-dimensional cross-infrared light curtain. People or objects entering the detection area can be sensed in time, ensuring the safety of passengers to a greater extent. |
Car roof inspection |
The elevator's car top box is equipped with maintenance and upkeep facilities to improve its efficiency and safety.
|
Overload protection |
When the load of the car exceeds the rated allowable load, the overload buzzer will sound a warning to remind you of the overload situation. If overload is displayed and the car door is not closed, the elevator will not start.
|
Direct drive with full load |
When the car load reaches the default value, that is, it directly enters the full load state, the elevator hall call and response will not directly respond to the car, thus reaching the designated floor directly. |
Independent service |
In order to meet the special needs of customers, the independent service state is designed as an independent service. The elevator hall call response signal no longer relies solely on manual control to open and close the door and operate. |
Direct control of hall and car door |
By counting the waiting time for calls from the lobby through the door that cause the car to wait longer than instructions from inside the door, this feature improves overall operational efficiency by independently adjusting the elevator door based on the call hold time and instructions. |
Open/close button |
The elevator car door control panel is equipped with a micro-control switch button, which is flexible in time and convenient for passengers to open and close the door as needed. |
Turn button light on/off |
Press the on or off button, the button light will light up, indicating successful response. |
Protection against tampering |
In order to avoid running on empty stairs, the abnormal number processing instructions are determined through self-weight computer logic to eliminate them. This feature prevents car pranks and wrong instructions |
Protection against crime |
When enabled, the elevator will be pre-positioned in the floor for inspection through the open space. |
Restaurant waiting |
Floors of the building where the restaurant is open longer are allocated to accommodate the additional traffic. |
Car emergency lighting |
Emergency lighting is set up in the car and activated in case of power outage. |
Car alarm bell |
In special circumstances, passengers in the car can press the alarm button to notify the outside world in time. |
Fire status reminder display in the car |
This message appears in the car when a fire is entered. |
Car door closing delay protection |
When the elevator door opening time exceeds the predetermined time due to the call button being pressed or other factors, the elevator will force the door to close in response to other signals. When the elevator is forced to close the door several times and it still does not close tightly, the elevator will stop running and open the door, and the internal and external call signals will be automatically canceled. When the elevator detects that the door has been closed normally, the elevator resumes normal operation.
|
Nearest flat floor |
When the elevator stops in a non-leveling area due to a fault or maintenance operation, it will level to the nearest floor after the fault is reset or it returns to normal status from maintenance. The door automatically opens and resumes normal operation, while providing voice comfort to passengers. (The voice comfort device is an optional feature)
|
Terminal floor protection |
When the elevator reaches the terminal floor and the running speed does not drop to the preset value, the system will forcefully decelerate to protect the safe operation of the elevator. |
Car arrival bell |
Set on the top of the car, when the elevator reaches the landing floor, a crisp bell will sound to remind passengers that they have arrived.
|
Reflection instructions are automatically eliminated |
Run upward or downward, and the direction opposite to the current instruction can be automatically eliminated. |
Elevator stop switch |
That is, the parking switch. When the stop switch is set to the designated button to switch floors, the elevator will return to the designated position after responding to all instructions. After setting the floor, the energy-saving mode will be activated at the same time, the lighting in the car will be cut off and the elevator parking switch indicator light outside the hall will be lit.
|
During over-movement torque compensation |
In order to obtain a better sense of comfort when the elevator starts, the system calculates the load in the car and optimizes it through torque compensation when starting. |
The hall on this floor will reopen |
During the normal closing process, when the call button outside the hall in the same direction as the elevator is pressed, the elevator will reopen the door. |
Brake feedback detection function |
The brake relay signal is monitored throughout the entire process. When the actual status of the brake relay is found to be inconsistent with the initial command, the operation will be stopped. |
Shaft position self-learning |
It has a hoistway position self-learning function and stores the hoistway position signal. The elevator stops directly during normal operation. |
Speed feedback detection function |
Once the system detects that the actual speed does not match the given speed, it will automatically disconnect the safety circuit and alarm. |
Contactor feedback detection function |
Regardless of whether the elevator is in standby or running state, the system will detect the output status of the relay. Once the contactor is found to be in an abnormal state, the system will alarm. |
Car fan lighting control |
Without receiving any operating instructions, the elevator will enter the power-saving mode within a predetermined time after closing the door, turning off the lighting and fans in the car. |
Emergency electric operation in the machine room |
The elevator control room cabinet is equipped with an emergency electric operating device for emergency rescue. |
Error command canceled |
Regardless of whether the elevator is in standby or running state, if you need to cancel the registered command, you can click the button twice consecutively. Press the corresponding floor button to cancel the registered order.
|
Closed pending cancellation |
In the automatic state, when the door remains fully open and in the door opening delay stage, pressing the door closing button can immediately execute early closing. |
Re-initialize the run |
When the power is restored due to an interruption and the elevator position signal cannot be retained or the car position cannot be determined, the elevator will drive to the end station. re-locate. After positioning, the position display shows the floor location of the elevator and normal operation resumes.
|
Automatic parking |
When all elevators in the group control group are idle, they will automatically park on different floors of the building to improve the response speed of the elevators. |
Directional instructions outside the hall and inside the car |
In order to facilitate passengers to understand the running direction of the elevator, there are arrow-shaped indicator lights on the car control panel and the hall call panel to indicate the running direction. |
Digital lobby/car display |
The control panel in the car and the hall call box on each floor use sixteen-segment numbers to display the elevator floor at any time to facilitate passengers to understand the current operating position of the elevator. |
Car door opening protection |
When the elevator cannot open the door for more than the predetermined time due to mechanical jamming or other reasons, the internal and external call signals will be automatically cancelled. Drive to the adjacent floor to open the door and release the passengers.
|
Car door door protection |
When the elevator cannot be closed within the predetermined time due to mechanical interference or other reasons, it will try three times before closing. If the door closing signal cannot be detected during these three attempts, the elevator will automatically enter the protection state. When the elevator door has been closed normally During monitoring, the elevator will resume normal operation.
|
Drive unit overheated |
When the temperature of the motor exceeds the preset value due to excessive temperature in the machine room or heating during operation, the elevator will automatically enter the protection state. The elevator stops nearby, opens the door to safely evacuate the passengers, and turns off the lights and fans in the car. After the temperature becomes normal, the elevator returns to normal. Run regularly.
|
Free positioning |
When the driver is powered off, parameters are changed, or a fault occurs, the system will automatically capture the fault without human intervention.
|
Friendly reminder for drivers |
When the elevator is in the driver's state and there is an external call registration, the buzzer in the control box will sound, and the corresponding button light in the car will flash, a friendly reminder to the driver |
